Raffle!
The Car Rally is licensed to sell raffle tickets per the prizes outlined on the flyer. All tickets are numbered with the “office copy” side listing buyers’ names and contact information and the other side with a matching number provided to the buyers for their record. All tickets (sold and unsold) will be tracked by Debbie Breuls.

The Process

Please email dbreuls@breulsassociates.com to request the number of ticket pages you want to sell. There are 5 tickets per page.

The requested ticket pages will be sent to you via email. We are not using postal services due to a potential strike.

Complete the required information on the "office copy" side of the ticket(s). This can be done electronically or manually after printing.

Provide buyers with the right side of their ticket(s) by taking a photo and sending it electronically. If you printed the tickets, give it to buyers in person.

Send the photo using your preferred method e.g. text or email.

If a buyer purchases an entire page of tickets, it is okay to send them the complete page as no one else’s information or tickets will be shared.

To prevent any issues with the September deadline, promptly email sold ticket pages completed with the buyers’ information to Debbie.

If you need more tickets to sell, please email Debbie and ask for more pages!

Ensure that all tickets, both sold and unsold, issued to you are emailed to dbreuls@breulsassociates.com no later than September 24, 2025.
The draw will be held by the Shine Foundation on October 1, 2025. The ticket winners (up to three people) will be contacted by Debbie Breuls by phone and email. Arrangements will be made at that time for winner so receive their prize(s).
